Oh great
Okay so I get that e-mail yesterday when that girl asks me how I "let" myself get so big.. and I was high ticked off.. and some people made me feel guilty for being mad at her.. like, shame on me for being uspet.. so I forgive her.. then today she comes on there and posts to the boards asking how it is possible for us to eat 34 points a day.. what the heck is wrong with this girl?? Why is she trying to make everyone feel bad??
Anyway.. I know I should not bother talking to her because it just makes me angry and my blood pressure goes up..
Today was a pretty good day.. saw my regular family doctor, he says my ear is still infected.. I am hoping it gets better before school starts!

1 cup of blueberries: 1 pt
Dinner:
1 cup of whole wheat spaghetti with sauce: 4 pts
Snack:
2 cups of Go Lean Crunch: 6 pts
1 cup of skim milk: 2 pts
3 LC wedges with carrots: 3 pts
