Today is my first day back OP... I am pretty excited about that.. my appetite is back in full swing finally! I think I might actually eat all of my points today :)

I go to Weigh In in about an hour, I know I will have a gain since I had surgery and I haven't been to WI for 3 weeks.

Yay! An update!!! Where have I been you might be asking yourself? Two words:
Gallbladder Surgery!

It's been a rough month to say the least! But I am healing, pretty much recovered I would say.. it is hard having no insurance though, so I applied for some help with a program called Charity Care. I am still waiting back to see what the verdict is!

I am going back to school tomorrow after missing two weeks.. I can't wait to get back in to the grove again!

Where the heck have I been??

School has really got me this semester.. it is harder than any other in the past.. I had a stomache virus on Monday and wasn't allowed to go to school at all that day.. I am starting the CORE program tomorrow and I am really excited about it!

Well I am happy to report that yesterday I was able to meet my Target Points and a lot of Flex Points.. I am trying to make up for not hitting my Target once or twice this week.. Bryan fed me cheese, low in bulk and high in points! And it was good too!

1/2 cup of white rice: 4 pts

Food Journal for August 22nd 2004

Well I had some trouble eating all of my points yesterday... my ear was bothering me so bad.. I went to my Mom's house and she candeled my ear for me.. that helped.. I do feel better today.. I am worried that not eating all of my points will lead to a gain... but I can't exactly eat 34 points a day if I am fast asleep..

Today was a good day.. I went to a differnt meeting to WI and I lost 4.3 pounds for a new total of 51.7!! I finally got over my fear of loosing 50 lbs! I got that cute lip print purse that I had as my reward and my parents surprised me with the new Rivel CrockPot that I have been drooling over for 2 months! What a great day!
